Après Pastry & Bakery, located in Lake Zurich, will celebrate its one-year anniversary this spring and is announcing new (and sweet!) offerings.

The bakery just added custom cakes to their menu of services where customers can pre-order custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, or any special occasion. The bakery will also be launching new pastries and sweets for Easter and Mother’s Day, coming soon! Customers can also expect more information on hosting private events and parties in the bakery, ideal for baby and bridal showers, birthdays, networking events, book clubs and more.

Après Pastry and Bakery is owned by Jenn Duke who grew up in the northwest suburbs and now lives in Lake Zurich with her family. She left her advertising/marketing job a few years ago to pursue her love of pastries. She attended The French Pastry School in Chicago, worked in Paris and returned home to launch her new career!
