The results of the April 1 Consolidated Election are now official. Below are the results of the races covered by Barrington SCOOP. For full election results across all Barrington-area villages and counties, scroll down to see the links below. 

Barrington School District 220
Steve Wang, Erin Chan Ding, Sandra Ficke-Bradford, and Harathi Srivastava have been elected to the Barrington 220 School Board. The new members will be installed at the May 6, 2025 School Board meeting. 

Barrington Area Library
Elected to six-year terms as Trustees are Richard McCarthy and Rachel Forsyth-Tuerck. Carrie Carr was re-elected to another six-year term. New trustees will be seated at the June 9, 2025 Board of Trustees meeting. The final meeting for outgoing trustees is scheduled for May 12, 2025.

Village of Barrington
Running uncontested, Mike Moran is officially Village President. Elected Trustees are Jennifer Wondrasek, Todd Sholeen, and Lauren Klauer. Current Village President Karen Darch will preside over her final meeting on Monday, May 12, 2025.
