Goat Yoga Chicago Now Offering Puppy Yoga

Did you hear? Goat Yoga Chicago is now offering Puppy Yoga!

Starting this April, Goat Yoga Chicago is teaming up with local rescue organizations—including @secondcityk9 @fetchingtailsfoundation and @almosthomefoundation1 —to bring you an unforgettable wellness experience.

Certified yoga instructors will lead attendees through a relaxing yoga session while pups roam freely, making for a stress-relieving class. Puppy yoga will be offered on Fridays at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and Sundays at 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. throughout April (no classes on Easter Sunday, April 20).

New to yoga? No worries! There are no prerequisites—just come ready to enjoy the company of adorable puppies. Plus, you’ll be helping shelter pups get socialized, and maybe even find their forever home. 🐶🏡

A portion of every ticket purchased will be donated to support these rescue organizations and the care of the puppies.

Puppy Yoga Includes:

🐾 30 minutes of all-level yoga with puppies, led by a certified instructor
🐾 30 minutes of playtime for extra cuddles and selfies

Guidelines:

✔️ Must be 10+ to participate—no exceptions
✔️ Children ages 10-15 must attend with a parent/guardian (each with a paid reservation)
✔️ All guests must bring their own yoga mat
✔️ Max of 4 tickets per person
