Halloween Town at The Arboretum of South Barrington is Now Open

The Arboretum of South Barrington’s Halloween Town is NOW open. Be sure to visit the spooktacularly fun Halloween displays! From a creature-filled castle to ghostly graveyards, this is a FREE, family-friendly activity for all ages. 

The Arb is also hosting several additional events and activities throughout the month of October, including:

Halloween Costume Ball

October 16, 2024 / 6 - 8 p.m.

It's a Halloween Party! Grab your friends, put on your costumes and dance the night away in the Seasonal Tent. The Arboretum of South Barring and Georgio's have partnered to offer pizza, dancing, a costume parade and party games - fun for the whole family. This is a ticketed event. Halloween BINGO Night

October 23, 2024 / 6 - 8 p.m.

Bingo with a Spooky Twist! Jim Jensen of Jensen Entertainment joins The Arboretum of South Barrington to host a night of games and prizes. Open to all ages and the whole family. Whether you are a seasoned pro or just want a fun night out to celebrate the season, you are invited to attend.

Ar-BOO-Retum Trick-or-Treating

October 26, 2024 / 1 - 3 p.m.

Ghouls, Ghost, Gremlins, and Goblins are all welcome at this annual Halloween event! Grab those costumes and join The Arb and its retailers for a day of treats and tricks! The Seasonal Tent will have a whole host of entertainment and activities, including a Strolling Magician, Costume Characters (Glinda and Elphaba from Wicked), a DJ dance party, Temporary Tattoo Station, and candy treats for all the kids!

Hotel Transylvania Showing at Star Cinema Grill

October 27, 2024 / 11 a.m.

The Arboretum of South Barrington has teamed up with Star Cinema Grill to offer a special showing of Hotel Transylvania (2012). The movie that started a franchise!

This is a ticketed event ($3 per ticket + $1 fee). All attendees must purchase a ticket.
