Polish Deli, Market and Restaurant Coming Soon to Lake Zurich

Andy’s Deli, a Polish meat company operating for more than 40 years in Chicago, will soon open in Lake Zurich at the corner of Route 22 and Ela Road. The building is currently being updated and renovated.

Andy’s son, Robert Kolasa, and his family are relocating to the area with plans to expand the family business to the suburbs. While final plans are still in development, the Lake Zurich location will feature a fresh meat deli, market and a Polish-European-style restaurant.

Andy’s Deli currently operates two Chicago locations: a deli meat market on Milwaukee Avenue and a butcher shop on Kinzie Street. The family also runs a smaller butcher shop in Wisconsin and wholesales fresh meats nationwide.
