Shop with a Cop and Firefighter Program Brings Joy to Local Families

The Barrington Police Department assisted 15b local families and 34 children through its annual Shop with a Cop and Firefighter program.

The department issued an updated on Instagram as follows:

“We want to extend a HUGE thank you to our sponsors, Motorola, Target, Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce and Soul Harbor Ranch Animal Therapy Program who generously donated to our Shop with a Cop and Firefighter program this year! Their support helped make this special event possible, bringing joy and smiles to 15 families and 34 children in our community. We were able to create unforgettable memories for so many kids who had the chance to shop for gifts with their local police officers and firefighters. These moments not only provide the children with an amazing experience but also foster positive relationships between our community and first responders.”
