Sundial Brewing Brings Local Restaurants Together for First Chili Cook-Off

Mark your calendars and join Sundial Brewing for a battle of the Barrington restaurants! The first community chili cook-off will take place on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 1 to 9 p.m. at Sundial Brewing (Ice House Mall, 200 Applebee St., Suite E, Barrington). Participants include Gigi Wine Bar & Bistro, KRH - Kelsey Road House, The Yankee Doodle Inn, and Neoteca.

The schedule of events is as follows:

• 1-7 p.m.: Chili tasting and voting

• 7 p.m.: Winner announced with a “very special trophy ceremony”

• 2-8 p.m.: Live music

Tickets include a bowl of each vendor's chili and voting rights. Each vendor will also have additional food for purchase, plus new beer releases from Sundial, live music, and more. If you want to attend the event but don’t want to sample chili or vote, admission is free.
