Village of Barrington Hosts Groundbreaking on U.S. Rt. 14 Underpass Project

On April 23, The Village of Barrington hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for the Rt. 14 Underpass Project that gathered several local, county, state and federal leaders to commemorate the official start of construction near the Canadian National Railway tracks.
