With the Consolidated Elections taking place tomorrow, Tuesday, April 1, 2025, the Village of Barrington is set to welcome Mike Moran, current Village Trustee, as its new president. Moran is running unopposed, as Karen Darch has chosen not to seek re-election.

After serving as Village President since 2005, Darch will preside over her final meeting on Monday, May 12, 2025. She is also scheduled to present a fireside chat at the Barrington Area Development Council’s (BADC) Annual Dinner on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at Barrington’s White House.
