D220 Focuses on Seven Objectives in Framework 220 Strategic Plan

At the September, 17, 2024 Barrington 220 Board of Education meeting, the community heard an update on the district's strategic plan, Framework 220. The Board approved the plan in June 2023 and it will guide the district's work over the next few years. The plan consists of six strategic priorities. Within each priority, there are measurable objectives. This 2024-25 school year, the district is focusing on the following seven objectives:

  • Learner Agency and Pathways

  • Grade-Level and Program Transitions

  • Social Media Awareness

  • Infrastructure/Facilities

  • Support Strategic Priorities

  • Professional Development

  • Global Awareness

To keep stakeholders informed about the work being done, Barrington 220 has developed a dashboard to track the progress of each objective.
