Saint Viator Turns Pink for October

This October, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Saint Viator High School is dedicating its efforts to raising awareness and supporting the fight against breast cancer. The school recently announced a series of planned activities for the month.

Sale of Pink Polos Benefits Cancer Research

The pink polo tradition at Saint Viator dates back to the spring of 2011 when Dean Deborah Scerbicke battled breast cancer. That year, when she returned to school, seniors had dyed their polos pink and lined the main hallway in the morning as she came in. Read more about it HERE.

Future Lions Hockey Night - Pink the Rink

Get ready for a night of excitement and community spirit at Pink the Rink on October 12! Join the Saint Viator community for a Future Lion Hockey Night, where the action kicks off with the Varsity 2 game at 5:00 p.m., followed by the Varsity game at 6:40 p.m., and wrapping up with the JV game at 8:30 p.m. The fun doesn’t stop there—dive into a bake sale basket raffle and pick up some exclusive spirit wear. Plus, don’t miss the chance to shop at the Kendra Scott pop-up for a perfect touch of sparkle. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Foundation, so come for the hockey, stay for the festivities, and support a great cause! Register HERE.

Pink Out - Volley for a Cure - October 2

On October 2, the community will cheer on our girls varsity volleyball team in a special match dedicated to a vital cause. The team is inviting everyone to wear pink and show their support for the Volley for a Cure event, where they aim to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research.
