Barrington Giving Day’s New Donation Drop Box
Drop anytime
Barrington Giving Day unveiled a new permanent donation drop box on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 located at the Barrington District 220 Administration offices, courtesy of a grant from the Barrington Area Community Foundation. Donations will be accepted at all times with a current need for winter coats, toys and books for kids.
Drop donations anytime at 515 W. Main Street in Barrington.

Barrington Giving Day’s Red Box Collection Drive and Pack the Bus Winter Donation Drive
The Winter Collection Drive runs now through December 7, 2024. Look for the red boxes at various locations around town.
A Pack the Bus event will take place on Saturday, November 16, 2024 and Sunday, November 17 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the Jewel Osco parking lot in Barrington.
Volunteers will be accepting coats, snow pants, boots, hats, gloves, toys, books, blankets, bikes and more. Benefiting families in need in Barrington School District 220.

Toys for Tots Holiday Gift Drive at Deer Park Town Center
Now - December 2, 2024
8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Daily drops at Center Office Suite 133 (next to Clean Juice)
Accepting new, unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots November 1 – December 2, 2024. Donations for kids of all ages are welcome.

Shop with a Cop and Firefighter Secret Santa Program
Now - December 2, 2024
Daily drops are accepted at the Barrington Public Safety Building Lobby located at 400 N. Northwest Highway.
This initiative is hosted by the Barrington Fire Department and Barrington Police Department benefiting families in need in the community.
Accepting new toy donations for kids, monetary donations that will be used to purchase gifts, and gift cards for teens so they can pick out their own gifts.
